I’ve stumbled across a few interesting things recently and wanted to share:

RaidComp is a really nice tool for tracking what buffs/debuffs are available to your raid based on what classes/specs are present.  Very useful for sorting out what you are missing.

Gravity introduces a new addon, WakeSpams, for managing and communicating tanking cooldowns.  I haven’t tried it yet, though I probably will soon.

Blessing of Kings makes an excellent analogy between Gearscore and credit scores.  Much better than the tortured comparison I attempted.

Oddcraft has an interesting discussion on the role that heroics play in each expansion.  The author argues that heroics in BC, WotLK and Cataclysm are distinct in terms of their position in progressing from normal dungeons through various tiers of raiding.
